Default 1996 GMC Suburban 6.5TD conversion to Cummins 6BT

I'm wanting to convert my 6.5TD to a Cummins or Duramax with a manual transmission. This build is for show. I'm restoring the Suburban and would like to know the steps meaning, (if anyone has ALREADY done this) how much you think i would be spending? Is it worth if? I'm looking for more power then the what the 6.5 will produce... My suburban weighs about 10,000 pounds... I would like a "real" diesel in it now if you know what i mean... If you have ANY tips and i really mean any tips.... on how i should do this build that would be helpful. thank you.

Really just anything i should know... my big questiong is will it fit properly? if not what modifications would i need to do..
