Jenn its still something worth talking about.....that is pretty cool your into martial arts, never thought of you as doing something like that, if my dad still owned his gym i would probably be in awesome shape.....

got an ozonator???? they are worth the money and makes the use of chemicals almost completely non-existant......you will save hundreds a year and alot of headaches.....

Whit you make me wish I could get back in the swing of things. Before I went to boot camp about 4 1/2 years ago I would run at least 5 miles a day with a 20 pound backpack. I didnt lift at the time I just did bodyweight stuf like pushups and pullups. I went to bootcamp running 3 miles in about 19 minutes and i could do about 30 overhanded pullups. I gained 50 pounds since then though. I still outrun most of the younger guys but I wish I could get out and push it like I used to.

I could outrun just about anybody here....


on a 100M dash...


cause any more than that i would die for about 10 minutes getting my breath back
