Keep it up Whit,, good way to start the year. I cant jog, I try a bit but my knees have been reconstructed a few too many times,, sports injuries, hurts like hell to run. So I ride and walk for sanity..... lucky thing for baby buggy's and carriers, unstoppable now.
We should start a fitness thread to keep track of weight loss and fitness..

Starting with start weight and breast, waist, and hip size, see who can knock off the most.......I m in for sure....... Id like to get my bag up and start kicking it again ........best butt work out you can imagine......

I could throw down my Measurements from the summer but that would be TMI

You could start by getting a eating a good breakfast every morning.

the diet part is more important than the working out part.

Exactly it isn't what goes in the cake hole but how much of it. Of course if it is pizza and beer all week followed by 4 L of Ben and Jerry's don't expect much.

I eat really well and really healthy to keep the sodium level way down as this really screws with your BP. I don't eat **** food like take out etc. but instead lots of fruit and so on.
