youll love the bike Whit what kind is it. I paid 750. for Aarons. frigon crasy.. buti love to bike . less stress on knees great for quads. and butt. will help strenghten your knees in the long run.. watch your dogs though, its hard on their knees, specialy shepards. i think they are prone to bad knees arent they?

Are you kidding me - $450 for a bike - my front fork is worth nearly double that there Whit. Add hydraulics and disc brake hubs and 27 speeds and things get really $$.

Kevin,
Actually with running the shop, the construction site and unniversity last fall I haven't been on a bike in a long while.
I had a Norco VPS with 5" front and rear travel, telescopic seat, later 3" wide tires, hydraulic discs, 27 speeds, lock outs, esp 9.0 grip shift and other goodies. The bike ran really well down and on the flats but was a little on the heavy side going up so I sold it. I still have the Z1 drop off front fork and I am going to build another bike this summer from parts as I miss hurting myself on the trails. We will see.
