6-0(maybe a little taller) and 170 right now, I used to Weigh almost 180 back in the summer, I used to be able to Dunk playing Basketball in my work clothes(steel toe boots, phones, tools, etc...).
But not workin out for a semester left me kinda weak and i lost my hops, and my Bench press went down

Its hard when you stop,

So when i got prego in 06 my training stopped, everything hurts you can really feel it when you stop...
On that note im going walking in the rain, loosin up some stiffness.......cyal8r

I have to get back into my routine. When me and my ex got together I weighed 228 pounds. Right now I'm at 272 but that is down from the 300 I wieghed a few months ago. I'm 6'3" tall and want to get down to 225. I use to run 6 miles three times a week but havent done that in 2 and a half years and use to bench 315 and squat 625. I think if I tried that now I would pull something.
