no.....husbands that come home early do........
ive had coon, gator, shark, turtle, snake, frog, squirrel, rabbit, deer.....
why dont you process your own deer????? me and mom used to skin hogs and deer quick, a hog from the shot to the freezer was 1 hour 20 minutes......skin and gut it and quarter it with a chainsaw......cut the head off, split the ribs on each side of the back bone with the chainsaw, cut the front legs off, cut the ribs out, cut the back legs free of the back bone and let the spine fall.....wrap in freezer paper, tape, label and throw in the freezer....

OK, next time cook up the sausage whole and cook one cup of rice (2 cups for more than 4 people). WHile you are doing that, sautee about a half an onion and then dump in 2 cans of Red Beans (I use 2 normal sized cans, but you can use the bigger can if you need to feed more than 4). Season the Red Beans with Caujin seasoning (if you don't have than use chillie powder, cayanne pepper, black peper, garlic powder). Once the saugage is done, slice it up to small bits and dump it into the beans. Once beans are soft and everything has had time to mix, pour in the rice. Put it in a bowl and chow down......may use some bread as a spoon if you like.

Hold on there with that stew. This has got to be the best soup I've ever made and it will feed an army. Be sure to make rice and have bread handy.

and the Oven Beef Stew by MR. Food is also great:

OK now I'm hungry again.
As for the bones, if you want every ounce of meat, boil them and use it for Tamalies or the soup, if not, they make good dog food.

fire up a charcoal grill, open up a brain grenade. then put some sliced potatoes, onions, and mushrooms, top with 3/4 stick of butter that is divided up into four slices(evenly spaced) on about 2 feet of aluminum foil. open up another brain grenade. then season with wtf you want. fold the long sides together and roll down, then put a second layer of aluminum foil around it. open up another grenade. then take the venison backstrap(whole) that has been marinating in your fridge for three to four days with your favorite seasonings, a couple shakes worcstersihire sauce, and 1/8 to 1/4 cup of pickle juice (claussen)then another grenade. let the meat sit at room temp on a counter for the hour while the taters cook, turning around every 15 minutes making sure not to flip them over or the butter will run out. then make sure the dog or cat didn't get the goldang meat, take a leak and get another grenade. then move the taters to the back of the grill and rake the coals level. then open up a grenade. then slam the whole thing on cooking it till you think its done (8 minutes a side is nice and medium rare ohh the barbarianism)then slam the rest of your grenade. then eat if you still are hungry....
