Just file suit in small claims in your county clerks office, he can either show up or not.

If he has not taken care of it yet, he is not. If he does, he can pay for the non suit and filling fees or about $75.00. Your evidence is on this site that he was willing to send you the money and admitted he would make it right,

If you're gonna question somthing you should do it before you make an agreement, at this point you should just do what you agreed to and in a timely fashion. Otherwise you're gonna be known around here as someone who can't be trusted.

i already mentioned the bolts earlier in this post bud, but if you want to get like that i will also remention that i had to buy new plastics for the steering column that the trans rolled onto, and the shifter that was broken, and the bracket for the tv cable, and the lines for the coolers(never even got a stub for it just empty holes) and you already made the agreement! if you are going to be like this i will take this on monday and file a suit im tired of dealing with this!

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

oh sorry also forgot the broken neutral safety switch that they busted while removing the trans

Ya know, I got no interest in this except hating to see two good members not being able to come to terms. But Blazier, you gotta understand that with a copy of this thread being submitted to the court, you will by default lose this. You made a verifiable agreement to this deal and now you are refusing to follow through.

Your choice will be to travel across country to defend yourself, hire an attorney in his local county to represent you or forfeit the case when you no show. I don't understand your logic here.
