They won't go out looking for him, but the next time he get's pulled over for a traffic violation his name comes back with an outstanding warrant and then he goes to jail until he can talk to the judge. Or if an employer does a criminal background check, guess what's sittin there.

I went through this myself a few years back for a trailer hitch I sold.
