i can pay for the yoke or the gauges thats wat i said not both i said that a few days ago i told im id send 100 dollars cash to him i just got in a wreck pretty tore up and back to broke fo now and sore but im gonna make a dollar or two in a few days

 

th deal was for the gages and the $100 cash period. i was tired of dealing with this. i got the paperwork to file a suit but did not have time after work to drop them off, they will be there tomorrow if something isn't cleared up tonight! if you got in a wreck im sorry but i have been more than patient and far more understanding up to this point than i should have been but im done bud. im sorry it had to come to this. if i get a mesage from dieselboy88 saying that you sent him the paypal i MIGHT give it a while for the $100 cash but no guarantees!

trust me on this one,this is the VERY last one! if i could have gotten off work a little earlier he wouldn't even have this one! im done with it. its just frusterating when you get a "good working order" transmition and there are the missing parts that we are dealing with here, but also a case that is cracked from the bellhousing into the valvebody area making it useless! havn't made any big deal about that one just mentioned it in passing, but it still chapped me . so now when i build one i have to get a different trans to do it with. but oh well lesson learned and i want everyone here to know about it!

 

well just an update, eric called me today or rather his friend hunter called me on erics phone. he seemed surprised that i actually did what i said i was going to do! just kept bringing up the bellhousing bolts, and the keys that were aparently $90 to have a key made . i just kept saying what is in this thread, i want what is mine and owed to me, thats it. then they seemed to get upset because his friend kept calling me sweetheart, didn't realy get that, then they said for me to go "f**k myself b***h". so i definetly stand by what i say DO NOT DEAL WITH BLAZIER18 horrible idea!!!!!

ok first that wasnt me. secondly i dont have the money to fly or drive to idaho for a court case especially for 200 dollars. look tony i bought the bell housing bolts and had keys made and dealin with the clutch and synchro i never said one word about it hunter did not me. i never brought up anything on here that there was problems. i didnt know the tranny was cracked i didnt take the tranny out i took the rest of the stuff out. ok i let u keep my cluster and i sent the yoke u didnt get it u sent me the bell housing bolts i never got them u had cracks on the column i had keys made and dealinh with the synchro and clutch. i never said one thing about u or anything about the tranny and im sorry u didnt recieve the yoke and im sorry some of the plastics were messed up and the shifter ****. never really packed anything other then mowers on a trailer so i didnt know it would roll over. im just sayin we both have ups and downs on each others parts of this trade and i wished it never turned out like this but i sent wat u needed and u sent wat i needed u told the lawyer or court that u never recieved the stuff u had coming in return so now not only do i look bad on here i have to go to idaho or i dont get my passport for canada for when i apply for oil sand jobs up there. i really dont care wat anybody thinks of me nobody on here knows me or lives in my shoes opinions are opinions. but i had to buy and u had to buy i said i would repay u back but i also had to pay and u never said anything bout payin me back which i never qouted about u either. it is wat it is. im leavin the website

 

My opinon, it's cheaper to pay the $200, than fly or drive to IDAHO. Also after going to court, without a lawyer, chances are you going to lose & have too pay the $200 anyway

 

Dude, just pay the 200 bucks.

If he really wanted to be nasty, he could file for the max amount for small claims court so that he includes all the court fees and his time to make you fix it, then turn around have have the government take it from your income taxes.

And if you're really leaving the site without making this right then it shows everyone your true nature.

I'd pity you, but you've had months to fix this and months to scrape up the 200 bucks or whatever was needed to make it right.

You chose not to, and now you're gonna live with that choice.

 

well, all you have to do is pay the 200, plus the filing fee and i will happyily go down and have it dismissed for you. not a problem.

and as for the syncros and clutch i told you that they were bad before this whole transmission swap was even taken on! i got a completely stock auto, you got a 5 speed. still seems like a deal in your favor to me
