like i said u dont know me opinions are opinions and im not gonna hold anything against u cuz u said that im sure everybody has a bad thought about it but if u knew me id take my shirt off my back for u after u said that. secondly im tryin to get my money rite i had insurance due i pay every 6 months full coverage and a couple late cell phone bills but im gonna fix it hopefully in a few days and to turbostang sorry for hunter hes an *** hole to everybody sometimes just gotta look past him. and to rubberfish my dad hauls mastercraft boats to canada all the time and is best friends with the owner of martin equipment and hes tryin to get me a application for a job

well another update got a default judgement, no reply within the 20 days and as fast as the legal system moves . just wondering if anyone here knows what happens now? they were very vague about it

At least he said his side of the story, Im dealing with navy_welder stiffing me for 700$ and he does not even return message. I never even got a bad part! Im getting ready to do a claim suit but in not savey on all the laws.

well if you go file it, they will arange for him to be served, then he has 20 days to respond if no response its a default judgement and you automaticly win, if they respond you go from there. they will have to travel to where you file the suit so it does not have to go to them. it costs about 50 bucks which they include in the suit so they will have to pay it. just make sure you have all pm's, texts, letters, anything you have to support your case and it should be no problem!

um nope it wasn't dealt with in a good maner so if it had to go to the lawsuit i think that everyone needs to know!

The judgment should have had a payment to be made by date on it. Once this date passes and no payment is made you contact the county sheriffs office in the county that the judgment was issued and they issue a bench warrant and forward it to the local office of the defendant's home of record.

If the judgment didn't have a suspense date, you can usually contact the judges office and his staff will get it taken care of.

Hate to see this happening.
