I have a VIPER 350HV ALARM in my 2008 FORD F-250 SUPERDUTY, It works fine

I can only tell you that it works on my 2008 F-250 The VIPER with anti-tilt installed costed me $210 Can't say anything about a 1995 DODGE

Hey,I got the viper 550 ESP with remote start installed into a manual gasser.Self invented safety interlock to avoid starting in gear.
If your dealer is an offical viper dealer, he will have acess to the viper tech data base and will be able to provide you with the needed info. If not try 12volt.com
Installing an alarm isn't that difficult. Most of the wasted time is lost in searching for the proper cables and removing the trim panels.
Make sure all connections are soldered and shrink tubed or you will be happy with a lot of false alarms when connections start to corrode.
