Mdub707 I have also seen that the forum on Frybrid seems to be dying out, the useful information dwindling and increased posts about "am I going to see my parts"
I think that system design is useful to look at as an example, I just looked up BFT and it seems like they may have a good forum as well (I just started looking at it tonight). In my opinion there is no perfect system, the BFT system is intreaguing with their pressure based system instead of valve switching.

Using a centerfuge seems to be the best and safest way to clear up the oil, but they are expensive. I have been seeing more people selling filtered WVO on Craigslist for about $2/gal may be a good source once you check their operation and test their oil. I can not remember but there is something other than water to test for PH?

AlwaysreadyBob, looks like one way to go. I would want a plate with a gasket and bolted down to make sure I am not spilling oil everywhere. I think I can get enough access by removing my Hot Fox heated fuel pickup. You are correct you will want a way to check and clean the tank, drain water out and make sure there is no polymirization.
