Default Trans swap

I have a 96 crew cab f350 dually 7.3 with an e4od wouldlike to swap it out for something with more first gear 4r100 or something . any ideas would be help full.Also noticed an oil leak from the pass.side of the oil pan by the dipstick ?do i need to pull the motor or can i do it in the truck.

Oil leak... do it right and pull the motor...

As to the trans swap, your not going to gain anything from a e40d to a 4R100...

i fixed that same oil leak with motor in the truck, i can explain how if your interested.

Thank you I did repair it turns out the nut on the oil pan fitting just came loose. again thanks
