Default Hard to Start

Hey everyone! New to this forum thing so bare with me. I bought Marge in October and when she runs she is perfect, but she is hard to start. The plugs have been replaced so has the controller and fender solenoid. Plus new batteries. All was replaved before I bought.
Any suggestions??

In August 2013 the parts were put on. Got her off a farmer who needed the extra cash. I pulled the starter the other day and the solenoid is bad, so I know that will help just waitin for the extra funds so I can get a new one. Tried to rebuild solenoid, but no luck unless I get the solder gun out. Is there anything else I could look at till I get the starter back on? I have seen stuff about the injector pump and adjusting??

There isn't an injector pump? I'm going to order the starter soon. A lot of people have bypassed the plug controller and run a switch. How would I go bout doing that? Thanks for the info!!

No there is not an injection pump on a powerstroke. I dont know, I prefer to have things work like they should and not rig stuff around it

My last starter issue, was that it started fine... then other times it would drag... back and forth. Ended up it was a bad starter (bad armature). Got one that was lifetime guaranteed and never looked back. Haven't had to use that warranty yet... but it's there.

On starters and Alernators, I feel me paying extra for a lifetime warranty is worth that extra money. It's a good investment.
