Default 7.3 Dies When Pushed

If you got a 7.3 in a 92 Ford, and the thing dies when you put it to the wood, what could be the problem. The injection pump was recently turned up about a 2 flats. is it something with the lift pump or what?

it don't have a pressure gauge, and i'm pretty certain i turned it the right way. i've only did it about ten times in my life time. it only does it when you go wide open or reving to the moon. It blows a little more smoke than before. I went about 2 flats on the allen wrench.

pull the line going from your lift pump to your fuel filter and crank the engine a couple time it should be about 15 psi pushing out of the lift pump
