Definetly no cons, I did the 5 inch turbo back without muffler flow pro kit, H & S Mini Max, EGR delete and fuel rail shim kit! It was all easy to install and didn't take that long. I went with the H & S Mini Max and I love! Switch on the fly, it has all your gauges you need and added options to change things on the truck, like seat belt digger, High beams with foglights, door lock options and alot more, very Happy!!

The only con I can think of is warranty work. Most dealers will void warranties when trucks have deletes inplace.

Thanks guys. I am gonna do it the only thing that worries me is watching the drive press. when pulling but it sounds like if you keep the tuner down to a low setting you dont have to worry about the head

Default DPF Delete Question

I have a 2007 6.7 Dodge Diesel with 78000 miles and had my first regeneration come up. I had to run it 105mph for 13 miles to get rid of all the soot. I got lucky there was no one around this time, but I would prefere not to do it again. I want to get rid of my entire system and put a 5.9L exauhst system. My questions are, does it improve the performance, MPG, and because of all the emmission laws; is it against the law to do this? I have heard many good things about this from different people, but just cannot find anyone to do the work. Any help?

Funny thing is I had just driven the truck the day before for about 5.5 hours averaging 80mph. I guess it was just one of those things that happen.

Default Better MPG

Can anyone tell me how to gain better MPG on my 6.7L 2007 Engine? I am only getting 13 in the city and 15 on the high way if I am lucky.

Delete it I'd recommend edge juice race program or h&s and do away with the EGR and cooler and get rid of the dpf you need to use a programmer to be completely satisfied and get good mileage. Smarty seems to like to make the 6.7 blow head gaskets especially if you haul heavy

I did my 08 and have had no fuel issues, 15k miles since. I have read that you will, so installed a fuel pressure and rail pressure gauge, niether wavier under hard excelleration. I keep my mini on mild all the time have hit the wild a few times just for fun and still no waiver in pressures, i have not ran hotdamn as i haven't done anything for the tranny or head yet.

I took the cooler off and blocked it and removed the egr valve and blocked it. My thought was why leave the possibility of it blowing and water getting into the engine. I have no idea how common or rare it is, but for an additional 100 bucks i don't have to worry about it.
