Default Installed AFE filter

AFE stage 2 dry filter from Diesel Dawg Performance. I got an 1800 mile interstate trip to do this week end so i'll get a chance to see if the MPG claim holds true. At 3 MPG it will take improvement it will take 13 fillups to pay for itself, caculated by highway mpg. Probably twice as many for intown driving.

My highway milage was a pretty steady 20 mpg.

i'll be doing the dpf delete, turbo back no muffler 5" exhaust, mini maxx, egr and cooler delete later this month.

Then tranny for x-mas.

Why use a filter that filters poorly to replace a filter that wasn't a restriction in the first place?

No increase no decrease, when i put the dpf on i'll compare stock filter against this one. Only real notice is the turbo whine is louder.
