umm no still has factory warranty but im pretty sure they would prolly laugh at me if i went to the dealer...idk bout virginia but the dealers kinda frown on black smoke up here in pa

and plus i see your running a pre emmissions truck so its alot easier for you to set back to stock than us 6.7 guys.....and i figured it blew the gasket once so i might as well go all out and make it so it wont break again

bleed ALL OF THE AIR OUT OF THE SYSTEM!! There is a bleeder port near the upper radiator hose on the block. Just unscrew it a bit while the truck is running at idle and remove the radiator cap, top off as needed. Go run the truck to operating temp (DONT BEAT ON IT YET) and let cool down. Doing any cooling system work can and most times does leave an air bubble inside the block and I have seen them take 2-4 heat cycles to get completely out. don't beat on the truck til you get all the air out.

make sure you got all the air out. it sounds like they are air in it. dont dog it till you make sure everything is allright.
