Default Help Needed!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey, my dad has a 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 with the 6.7L Cummins Turbo-Diesel. It has 45,698 of no problem miles. The other day while he was driving, If he was easy on the accelerator, it was fine. But when he was hard on the gas pedal, it starts to bog down. We haven't took it anywhere yet but I thought some of you guys could help. Reply if you got an answer please.
