heres another question....

I bought my truck used, changed OEM fuel filter at opil change after i bought it. Havent run red diesel in my truck once since owning it. Went to a FASS system and rid myself of stock fuel filter canister. How would the DOT go about it if the PO had run red in it before i bought it......Would i still have any trace of it anywhere in my fuel system or not. How would i go about telling them ive not ever run it if they did come back with something.

 

I know it can be very tempting to run "Fruit Punch".

 

I run Fruit Punch in my 6.7 every few tanks and it takes it no problem and havent had any problems so far but I had a HP dip my tank like a month ago and i was full on Red and he asked me where i was headed and i told him that my truck was a ranch truck and i usually dont have it on the streets and he let me go. I steered clear of Red for a while after that thinking he was prolly gonna pull me over again but he hasnt. The lure of cheap fuel reeled me back in tho and i filled again and the last three tanks have been nothing but Fruit Punch. I just hope i dont get caught.

about a month or so ago i got pulled over in NC in a coworkers truck and got dipped along with every other car and truck on that road that day..... we was clean
