Default Transmission problem

Ok I am hoping someone can help. I was headed home from Nashville pulling my motorcycle trailer and my truck wouldn't shift past 4th gear (automatic 68rfe) I stopped checked the fluid everything seemed fine. I took back off and the truck tried to shift into fifth but shifted very hard and immediately back into forth. After three or four times of doing this it locked in forth. It makes a squealing noise now when it shifts also. The truck has 75k and has never given any trans trouble. I have never pulled anything heavy. It has an H&S Black Maxx with the overdrive tune, 6 inch lift with 37's. Hasn't been abused but I drive it not baby it. Everything I am reading says valve body but I don't have money to just throw at it. Dealership says they don't know without tearing it apart. It has codes p0734 and p0803 Thanks in advance
