How much do most of the custom tunes run? And can you run a innovative tune then switch to a gear head tune? Will the sctx3 allow 3 different supplier custom tunes..

That's the beauty of custom, you can try as many as you want. Custom tunes vary depending on the vendor, I've seen them as little as $25, and as much as $80 (Innovative extreme tunes). Usually they have bundle deals too. Typically they're around $50-$65 per tune though.

You can buy and download as many custom tunes as you want, but the SCT devices will only hold 3 customs at a time. It doesn't care which tunes or who they're by though. My X-cal2 has 3 different tunes from 3 different vendors on it right now. I have my Innovative aggressive tow, my quicktricks street tune, and my gogo race with stock lockup. Think of your SCT as a folder with 3 empty slots, you can choose any 3 files you want to put it in there, but only 3 maximum.

I have not, I've run a race tune from almost every vendor though. Working on trying the rest. I have run Eric's x-race and his x-street. Both are great tunes. I'm not sure I can justify buying the extreme-X for what it costs and what I'm doing, got other plans first

I would also add a egr delete and coolant filter to the list (unless you already have these)

Default What about Banks

Wondering about opinions of Gale Banks EconoMind with the IQ. I've had it a while on the Excursion 6.0 diesel have not yet tested it for towing my 11K lb travel trailer.

Any opinions?
