The only reason I didn't go with one is because you can't quickly return it back to stock either. They are NICE though.

Again, the long wait is partially due to the issues he's been having.

So what is the website that he can be found at or researched at?

Cheap egr delete pull the egr cooler out and get freeze plugs that fit in each side of the exhaust on the egr cooler. Make sure they are a tight fit where they need to be hammered in. Then put it back together. Easy and cheap. We have done it on many of our trucks and works good

The only problem I can possibly see with freeze plugs is that you can't know 100% that those freeze plugs are staying put. I suppose if you spit one out the tail pipe you'd know. With the amount of work involved to get to that point, find a kit on ebay for a buck and quarter and be done with it. I did.

I have heard of EGR coolers having the ends welded shut and restalled to keep the smog ***** at bay. That would be something to consider if you live in an area that requires a visual smog check. I think I saw those on ebay, too.

However, having the intake ported AND cooler delete would be pretty cool if you have the cash to drop on it.

I run the GOGO Stage 1 manifold with a PowerMax under SCT tuning. The turbo spools and pulls SO much better than using a stock manifold. Power comes on REAL nice at all levels. Driving HWY speeds if you push it hard the truck just accelerates.

Worth every cent. I can't wait to see what happens with bigger injectors or a batmowheel.

I spoke to Bill about the Batmowheel (I love that name!) drop in for the 6.0. He said its $399, makes about 100ft/lbs, should clean up smoke if you have smoker, or will allow for more fuel to be added in an SCT type program. He also told me to check back after the holidays as he will have real world results from a Batmowheel on his personal 6.0.

Thanks for the great ideas over the past few weeks, guys. Although my VISA doesn't agree.

The VISA will never like your ideas.

Good thing is I rarely get smoke out of it unless it's a REALLY hard acceleration. Even then it's usually a good puff. Depending on the outside conditions I may get a haze out of it. I hope to try the wheel, get the tuning modified and see where I sit. Later on adjust for the larger sticks.

I've seen the freeze plugs come loose and take out the turbo. At least tack weld them in. Does anyone know if Gogo makes a modified intake with EGR intact? I have smog testing, and it has to look right to pass.

The Stage 1 will allow you to have the EGR valve installed. I doubt your emissions tech would be able to point out every part of the 6.0L EGR system.
