Question Ford 2008 - 6.4 dpf, cat, egr delete, air intake + tuner

2008 6.4 work truck, a little rough def not a show truck, always loaded with fuel tank and tools, often pulling trailer/bobcat.
Short hops between job sites in subdivisions - truck is almost unusable at times, bad mileage.
Looking for delete pipes with sensor bungs? so when truck is sold in a few years can put old parts back on and revert to factory programming (or if our county starts requiring diesel emissions testing).
Need dpf and cat pipes that will bolt/slip into place with existing factory exhaust.
Not sure about best egr delete, if simple block plates or kit with intake elbow is better.
Possible new air intake/filter - or will new egr elbow with factory air filter work for no clogged air filter codes? Need tuner with deletes. Not interested in fancy displays or extra bells/whistles, is strictly a work truck and cost is a consideration. Don't know if reading ford diesel codes with a laptop is possible with lower cost tuners or not? Main objective is getting the truck running. Extra cost for code reading/sensor reading (for maintenance use) will have to be weighed against cost. Current plan was to only replace clogged DPF, but problem would reoccur too fast with short hops and towing.
Appreciate advice,
Willyam in GA
