Twin turbo
I cleared everything from in front of the radiator support, opened it up a little . . .

Then cyphered the biggest IC I could fit in there and made a prototype to ensure it'd fit . . . .

I then sent those measurements to Joe Hellman who built the IC as per my spec.

I included rubber isolation mounts for the IC and mounts for the AC's condenser coil . . . .

I had to custom make a trans oil cooler to fit in with everything else . . .

With a three inch thick core, it's a very tight fit . . . (I've since painted the end-tanks black) . . .

The individual passages that make up the core are 1/2" with the in/out pipes being 3 or 3 1/2" (I can't remember right now) resulting in VERY low pressure drop. It's guaranteed up to 100psig.

So what kind of egt decrease did you see with the plywood prototype?
Rocky. It sure looks like Mr Hellman is a craftsman , very nice piece.

It was weird, as shown in the pic, that pipe on the bottom/left blew air out, so that told me the turbos were working. That pipe on the bottom/right however was sucking. The truck smoked real bad. I had to shut it off cause after a while, the engine started smoking. I think not having the radiator installed might have had something to do with it.
Joe makes good stuff.
