No worries, east coast gear supply's full Dana 60 kit keeps the 35/30 set up. Came home to the shafts on the front porch. Looks good
the knuckles have been machined to accept full circle clips, they're just external snap rings.

Haven't gotten much done with the truck. Weather has been miserable, only thing I've done is cut a groove in the splines of the new stub shaft for the snap rings. A wee bit of backlash in the shaft, but it's better than no snap rings at all. Debating if I want to try and salvage the dustshields on the old shafts or not. They're pretty rusty, deff gonna need some heat to get them off

Got home at a decent hour yesterday so I put my axle shafts together, I love things that are new and properly engineered. Best set of u-joints I've ever put in
I beat the old dust cap and race out of the inner C.
and after a little scrubbing ad scraping I cleaned up the inner C put a coat of primer on it and installed the new dust cover, bearing race, bearing and lower seal. I sprayed the primer pretty heavy around the dust cap to act as a seal to keep any weather out just incase anything could ever make it's way in.
I'm hoping to get the knuckles cleaned up and on today
maybe some of the linkages. I still have to move my steering box, luckily I replaced the power steering lines a little over a year ago, they came loose with no problem

You have to rotate the pitman arm 90* on the sector shaft so that the arm moves side to side rather than front to back since you'll be steering from the passenger side of the axle. This can't be done with out moving the steering box because the sector shaft/ pitman arm will make contact with the frame. The holes are already there, just have to remove the 4wd plate between the box and frame. The holes are for a 2wd truck.

Axle shafts are in 
I have the knuckles on, and the steering arms bolted on top. Factory tie rod is on the truck now so I can adjust the new tie rod end to the correct length. The axle shafts fit in there TIGHT, especially with the lower caster/camber adjustment pins. I got the rotors cleaned up and the calipers bolted back on. I need a new snap ring for the stub shafts and the locking hubs can go back together. Haven't touched the steering box yet, and I still have to get my steering shaft hooked up. I'm glad I'm eliminating the rag joint but it's a PITA to get the 2nd joint attached to the shaft as it's splined and the shaft isn't. I've made some progress but nothing crazy.

Here's the pictures of this weekends progress, I contemplated not making the brace and just purchasing one
but I decided to make one anyways. I believe something shouldn't be engineered unless it's going to be over engineered. Lol. 
And here's the brace I've started, I decided to copy the factory style brace. Haven't completed it yet.
