dont know if any of younger folk remember the old detroit sometimes they wouldnt just runaway they would run **** backwards and puke engine oil out the intake make a heak of a mess to and cause you to leave a mess in your pants by the time you figured it out it was to late for both places all kinds of cleaning up going on.

yeah... somtime if you lugged the 2 stroke detoits down and clutched right b4 they died they'd start spinnin backwards.

yep i heard of the detroits doin that. never experienced it but sounds like one heck of a ordeal. i love hearin them old detriots scream.

The grapevine says that high-performance P-pump trucks running well over 20 degrees of timing can also run backwards...

Never happened when my brother was running 42* of timing.
