and this is where modeling comes in handy.. i'm finding my PC is far from up to the task .

would be a neat trick if it worked out well in the end.

After seeing some downwind swirl diagrams I have an idea of what I want to do. I only need to determine how far to offset the additional holes from the standard pattern, and what hone size to use, then send it off.

Smokem- awesome to see some work being done for first gens. Are you just going to try the non-ic nozzles turned down in the ic head?

Do you have any interest in developing a "smokem" injector similar to a ddp3 or ddp4 for the first gen with the correct angles, smokems secret bag of tricks?

I have an intercooled 93 with 440000kms on my stock injectors. I'm looking for a really efficient street injector with maybe 40-50hp over stock. Any suggestions or comments?

Yes I do plan to turn the outside dimension down to 7mm, make some pintle alterations, and see how they do. After a few conversations with the company that does flow work for me, I have decided to try and have a small production run go ahead with a Sac style nozzle for any application, I should be able to do any hole count or angle. I do not think it is of any interest to use the Marine nozzle such as DDP does.

Marine is 155° and automotive is 145°. I vary opening pressure depending on the application and pintle modification, but the VE has a short window.
