If you go stock, make sure you buy the premium ones and not the value line pads. Stock pads do wear well.

I just put Wagner Thermoquite's on the front of mine Thrusday. Only have about 100 miles on them so far but am very happy with them no noise at all. I think they were like 55 bucks from O'rielly's.

i run the performance friction z rated normally stocked at o riley for about 75 bucks LOVE THEM my dad and i run them on everything there truley a great pad little noise low dust great stopping once broken in [yeah gotta break the brake pads in instructions in box also explination]
