I would go with BD over Banks. Price is a bit better and has just as much capability as the Banks intercooler.

Not discrediting you or anything like that but I'm with Bryce. People can say what they want about banks but for the price of the whole system you usually get just an aftercooler for a price in the same ballpark. You still will spend more money for an upgraded boot kit and an intake horn. I've seen some banks parts in person I think the fit and finish is nice as well. Really though anything is better than the stock one. They burst and break when they are bone stock. Not often but they do.

Exactly as seen here the banks comes with all charge air components PN: BAN2598x

vrs the BD "cool it" (only I/C) PN: 1042510

so for 1.00 dollar less 1230 for BD and 1229 for banks your getting the intake horn new I/C boots and pipes gaskets ect ect

I would still upgrade the boots banks boots suck I have sold a few "replacement" sets to guys that bought banks boots
and they had probs with them

just an FYI and thats my 2 cents

Hey im looking at the banks intercooler but im also looking at the spearce intercooler. On most trucks with the speaco intercooler in looks mounted in front of the ac condenser. Im pretty sure that the banks mounts in the stock location. Is there a plus side to one or the other?

well the A/C condenser should always be out front (comfort before power ) and a OEM replacement that just bolts up and ya can go is the way to go IMO
