Ok well I I understand the fact that smoke switch don't do ****, just was hopin for somethin to get them **** heads with the runner cars to F off. In mean time. I have stock trans n understand she's gunna need build or grenade and u guys know if I'll cause harm if it takes little bit to get an airdog too. I rele wanted edge CTS for gauges and economy with also some extra jam!
I bet you used to own one of those rice burners and now you are jumping on the diesel bandwagon with the dumb *** mentality that smoke is so COOL.
Harsh is jack-heads like you who come on here asking dumb questions expecting us true diesel folk to help you.

Dumbest idea in the diesel world to date, besides the 55 gallon stacks that pypes make.

Okay, now that I have flamed you to a crisp, I will help you start your build.
IMO the first thing that needs to be addressed is the LP (lift pump) and a FP (fuel pressure) gauge. These two items are an absolute must on a VP powered truck. A good intake system like S&B and a free flowing exhaust are next. After this is taking care off, if you have an auto you need to start saving for tranny work, including but not limited to clutches, servos, VB, and TC along with a shift kit and billet input and output shafts. While you are saving for your tranny upgrades you can purchase an edge j/a and leave the pump wire untapped until the tranny upgrades have been performed. With the pump wire untapped you will see around 65 hp increase over stock with the edge j/a.
This could have been a whole lot easier if you would have asked the question how to make power. So please learn from this mishap and enjoy your stay at DB.
