First I wana say you need to go get some facts and training before you jump on here and try to tell ppl how to tune truck when you don't even know the simple things about the cummins.... yes you do have to have a fooler and you don't get 30 out of your truck with out one.... most chips have one built into them and I'm guessing you have a box of some sort.....learn something before you st
