Default Transmission upgrade

I am buying an extreme tranny build kit from suncoast and already have a heavy duety tripple disk torque convertor. Every one i am talking to says i need to get a different valve body and a shift kit. my question is do i really need to or am i going to be just fine with my build kit and torque converter my only mods are juice/attitude, exhaust, air intake, jammer 2s soon to be ddp 200s,and a super phat shaft 62 and a air dog lift pump. Any info on what to do and if my build kit im gettin is any good would be appreciated befor i buy it all.

Id invest in a Suncoast Valve Body or you will burn up that new transmission and tc.
