just curious how much boost you hx40 guys are pushing
i welded my waste gate shut and have only seen 30 psi but havent really loaded it yet

 

Once it's lit it should make around 40-50 with enough fuel

 

 

Isn't it a bad idea to shut off the waste gate?

 

ya plugin the wastgate dont help the life expectency for ur turbo nun if you want to make 40 psi without worryin about ur turbo get a bd or turbonetics i wouldnt go with bds superb turbo my buddy put one on his 02 not even 1000 miles on it and the shaft came loose.

 

250 h.p injectors and an hx40 with no waste gate should scream! hows your egt's?
