Bent clutch fingers due to the heat maybe? Bent clutch fork? Since you replaced the hydros, sounds like you are down to mechanical mishaps....

did your adjustment jam nut for the hydro move? Try re-adjusting it maby

tryed that already to no avail ive been on google for 4 hours and i cant find anything. a good friend of mine owns a transmission shop. im gonna go talk to him tommaro. then im gonna try some differnt oil and stuff like that. try all the little things before the tranny gets dropped.

the wrong oil will make it harder to shift, I have been running royal purple for a year now I have noticed harder to get into gear sometimes. try different forums I will ask around. Good luck man

thanks for all the help. looks like im gonna have to drop the tranny.

i just pulled the tranny and the clutch is toast . clutch pack is ripped to shreds. talked to southbend and im gonna send them my clutch and have them upgrade it to the best dual disc they have.

spacer place was snapped in half. i got the southbend iron giant stage 2 on its way
