You dont have enough fuel to fully light that charger. That is a big old charger you are trying to run if you are only useing 110Hp sticks. Guys that run these are running 180-240Hp sticks. I dont think you have enough fuel to get it lit and keep it lit. That will explain why it is so laggy and smokes like no other. Before I down graded the charger I would try a bigger set of injectors then what you have. Your setup you have in your sig would work good with a 62 or 64.

I cant do anything with it now until i fix my jeep. (Stupid out put shafts anyways.) Then im gonna send it back and downgrade to a 62. I havent really thought about bigger sticks, i was thinking that all the smoke would indicate enough fuel?

Nope, you cant fully light the charger and it is snuffing itself out. Do you get to keep your compressor housing when you downgrade it? I have been wondering that.

i dont know, i better. It would be a rip off if i didnt. I been looking at some f1 injectors too. maybe it would be a nice excuse to get some.

Yeah, that turbo uses alot of fuel to stay lit. You can always take it down the road and hold the break alittle, while pushing the go pedal to see if you can get it to lite. You really need more fuel. I know were a set of Stage 8 240Hp sticks are for $950OBO.
