new to the diesel build
hey. so I got a 2002 dodge ram 2500 24v back a few months ago and fixed it up a bit so it works great again. now I want to start building it up and am clueless with where to start.
the guy I bought it off said only work he ever did to it was install the Superchips MAX MircoTuner and replaced the fan with electric fan.
I cant figure out what to look for to see if anything else is done and where I should start with my own work cause I wanna get a decent amount of more power out of it. If anyone can help me I would be very grateful!!

First things first that tuner gotta go. Need something wiretap on these trucks. I have an edge juice right now with the hot unlock (which you need if you get one) but I will be switching to a quadzilla over the winter being I want more tunability.Second, think of turbo. a 62mm can make 450-500 with good sticks and a tune. May be pushing it may not depends on your exhaust wheel size. 64mm is a good turbo that will easily net 500+ little longer to spool however. can also find a 63mm wheel which is the middle of both.I Personally ran a 62/65/14 with 7x0.009 (150's) with water meth and a decently built trans with a dual disc TC, with headstuds of course. This setup can kill a good bit what youll run into on the streets and still tow with. This is a good starting platform. Or you can go ***** to the wall off the bat and I can help you there but be ready to spend 10k+.
