Default Another Question For The Airdog Guys
I was wondering if any of you guys running the airdog 150 have seen fuel pressures over 30psi?

No, and if you do you need to contact Charlie. That means there are not enough shims against the pop-off spring. When are you seeing this pressure? Idle or WOT? At WOT your ok but if you're seeing that at idle its going to cause some issues.

Did you remove the fitting that came installed in the pump factory?

Yeah, that could be it right there. If you didnt remove the fitting its raising your pressure because it's a restriction.
