Most Dependable Programmer 2001- which one?
I have failed 3 in 12 years, one bullydog and twice with quadzilla. The quad has given weird enough problems before total failure that Im leary of sending back but in their defense I have not talked to them since last time.
Edge ez seems to be most popular...how do they last? Is there another you all like?
Thank you

Edge EZ is a a great little bump in power and economy. If you want the Ez bump and more control over settings look at the Smarty S03 or jump up to the Edge J/a or Edge Comp. Quad IMO is not a good module, plus they are no longer in business.
x2 on the smarty so3, my friend put mine on his stock truck just to try it out and he was hitting as high as 34psi he said. all he has is a bhaf. no other mods. and its also stable because it loads onto your ecm and re writes the program instead of lying to your ecm. best bang for the buck. find a used one on here or on ebay. best of luck!
Edge and smarty stack is the best imo. Im currently running an edge juice and I like it. You have to get the right tune for the quad. They most of the time arent smooth power and now they are out of business so cant call or send anything back.
Running the Edge Juice with Attitude cts. very happy with it so far. only complaint is that it dosent like quick start ups and shut downs of the engine. say your in a drive through or somthing and having to turn the engine off and on. but just unplug the monitor and plug it back in and its fine. havent had a problem.
I say Edge Comp with mechanical gauges.
Reason: Because Edge Comp only has 8 wires and only taps the MAP sensor, CANBUS, VP44, and power. There is no other toys to fail like the fancy displays, turbo timers, and sensor to display poor data back to the screen. No limits and alarms to screw up performance the only limit is your foot! Mechanical gauges will continue to function even when the truck doesn't. Mechanical gauges don't rely on sensors, power, or wiring to function.
My Edge Comp has over 100K miles and 7 years of service and still going strong without a single issue or problem.
Towing... I've master towing on 5x5 and still reaching 14.1 MPG (hand math) towing a 31' Jayco behind me.
