need some in put guys
so i put a new stock lift pump in my truck and when my programmers up it throws a code for low voltage to lift pump sometimes and others it fine, could i wire the lift pump like you would to a fass power to key on and ground? i dont get why it keeps doing this and some times not, batterys are charging at 13.9 the wiring looks good and some one told me a wire on the injection pump come loose and you can solder it and it works??? id love some advice to what to go to next im all out stumped thanks guys
First off you need to get a good aftermarket LP and not a stock replacement. Did you clean all the connectors to the new pump when you installed it? Make sure all the pins are lined up and the connectors are tight?
yes i made sure the pins were tight and no loose connections cleaned and used some dielectricor grease like today i didnt have any problems with it ill see what happens, im going to upgrade asap with a 150gph fass when i get the funds.
