good set of valve springs, retainers, keepers, pushrods, cam retainer, head studs, and a balancer ... but I would not run recommend turning those kind of rpms ever for a street truck. To make power at that high rpm a lot more needs to be done.

The reason I love 5k's on the street is the hard low end fueling not for being able to turn 5k.

absolutley they are a night and day difference from 4k
