Turning Up The Pump And Removing The Fuel Plate
there is a idle adjustment on your driver side of the motor on the back of your pump if you have some body sit in your truck and work the throttle you will barely see a allenhead screw below where the arm rests back down in idle position. a locknut is below the allenhead. once you find it you almost have to feel for it but loosen the locknut and back your allenhead out maybe half a turn then tighten and start your truck keep doin it till your satisfied with it. and im not sure but i heard of a overflow valve in the pump that can make it hard to start or idle etc. if its not workin properly. just tryin to help ya out im no pro but ive fixed the idle part
