Default Where to start?

Alright i guys, i got my first cummins last weekend. Im ready to start upgradeing it. where should i start? I was thinking air intake?

intake, exhaust, fuel plate. lots of easy power from these trucks. use the search n check out the sticky's. there is a ton of info on here for ya. is ur truck standard or auto?

gauges, tranny, head studs. then go crazy.

how hard are head studs to do?

if its an auto BUILD IT, if its a standard get a clutch, and then go from there. no fun to have a truck if it wont move.

intake and exhaust are easy places to start, after that gauges would be next ... also make sure you have the KDP taken care of

not hard at all, just takes time. you will need to bottom tap each hole and have your rocker pedistals machined for them to work.

The truck is a auto, i wish i could have got it with a five speed. But i couldnt pass this truck up so i got what i got. Are these trannys pretty weak?. And thanks for all of your input i appreciate it
