Mine has seen 78... its a lot like a stock HG some will take 55psi and 22* of timing some wont take 45psi and 16*

 

I ended up buying an "OEM repalacement" off the web. I doubt that it will hold the pressure of the stock ones, but it has a lifetime warranty and it was only three bills including shipping. It has 3 more air channels that the stock one too, so it may even cool a little better.

The funny thing is, that even with all the pinholes in the stock one (3 dozen or so), I had no problem getting 35psi of boost out of the old hx35 with the stock 160 injectors.
