afc tuning for no plate
Me and a buddy recently pulled our fuel plates in an attempt to get closer to full rack travel (mack plug is on its way) but both of us are quite happy with the result. we both show around same egt's but less boost more smoke off idle. Im jusy curious if there is a certain way to tune the afc or pump to be ran with no plate.

here is how mine is set up with no plate.
The gov arm is adjusted all the way up, afc housing all the way back ( slid to the cab), ground the barrel .090, pre boost screw is backed all the way out, washer flip and swaped the thick washer for another flat one, and the spring is set to fully fuel at 30 psi of boost.
works very well for me I have a slight haze mainly due to the full cuts while driving. At full boost I am grossly overfueled
