Maybe a little steeper but you get what you pay for when it comes to warranty and customer service!
Peter know's I'm an idiot...He's helped me fix my mess up's more than once. I welded my last 3850 together and to say the least, Peter stood behind his product even though it was my fault. (not free of course)

For me price isn't the issue. They are close enough in price anymore. But having a clutch company that I have been reading about since 1998 on the boards and talking to Peter himself was all I needed. Do your own research as any consumer would and make up your own mind. SBC has been in performance clutches longer than anyone..

how about at what point would you need to upgrade your stock input shaft on the nv4500? In other words at around what power level or abuse level would a gu need to think about upgrading that. also after some reserch i think if i can work a good deal out ill go with valair, they seem to be an up and coming buisness and would like to suport the little guys when i can.
