Default clutch noise?

i recently installed a new valair single disc clutch in my '03 6speed about 5-6000 miles ago, and in the last 500 miles ive noticed that it makes a screeching noise, almost like the sound of someone doing a burnout, when i release the pedal to take off. i hear the noise more so when taking off and shifting into 3rd or 4th. any help on what the noise could be?

What difference does it make when you release it real slow or pop it? It should be broken in by now. Maybe you put too much grease on the throughout bearing or shaft and it got onto the clutch material? Did you install upgraded hydraulics? Could be a pressure issue with them.
