89 yj om617 high rpm shake and clicking noise at idle
So I have successfully installed the om617 in my yj with a couple issues.
Two questions, why is there a clicking noise from my transmission. At first I thought it was the exhaust gasket leaking making that clacking noise but after replacing it there was no change.
The noise is coming from the clutch area. I did install a new clutch flywheel pressure plate and throw bearing when I did the swap.
Second why when I hit higher rpm it shakes but only under load. If I have the engine rpm increase with no load no shake...
I used the adapter from Metered 4x4 however I did not get the new yj flywheel balanced. Could this be my issue?
