Default Hard start sometimes when cold

I can't narrow down what might be the problem cause it's so random. It might go a couple days or weeks starting up fine then mostly on a chilly morning when it's time to start it it will turn over the normal couple or few times then it's like it skips a second then couple more turns then it starts up? Any help? Ideas...

It's not always a temp thing. Most of the time it starts right up. Others it cranks normal but like it skips one lick and cranks really fast for a really quick second then starts.

The grid heater comes on when it gets cool. Seems to cycle normal. I'm not sure. I guess I'll never get it figured out until it really gets bad.

I've always thought my outlook mOnitor hasn't been exactly right since I got it back from Bullydog. I took it off and the truck hasn't had the lil hiccup starting yet. I think that was most of the problem. Only time will tell.
