my 2003 dodge wont start with the key, it turnes over good but won't fire,
Ihave replased the transfer pump, and it still won't start. I was told tonight that the cummins has two oil pressure sending units, and if the one that goes to the computer
is not working it wont start.
In the chilton I have it only shows 1 sending unit.
I also replaced the cam sencer
any help wood be great

 

Bad Key would start then shut down. Bad injectors would do it also and a PRV is also suspect! Can you get a pressure reading on the rail??

 

the engine does run and runs just fine, but it won't start with the key, it turns over but thats it!
